Developing inspiring spaces in iconic neighbourhoods

We are a multi-cultural team who shares a passion for the built environment and the people who inhabit it. Our mission is to create, operate and lease sustainable properties where our tenants can thrive and leave their mark.

We bring a global perspective to our projects, drawing inspiration from different backgrounds and experiences to create residential and commercial spaces that appeal to diverse occupiers.

About Us

We understand the challenges and opportunities inherent in urban development, changing demographics, lifestyles, and transportation infrastructure.  We are driven by a vision to establish and enhance the unique character of each project, while respecting the history and context of our neighbourhoods.

We believe in creating spaces that are not just aesthetically appealing, but also environmentally responsible, socially conscious and technologically advanced.  As long-term owners, we continuously seek out innovative ways to upgrade and enhance our properties and the communities they anchor.

London

  • Kiri Properties’ sensitive restoration of this Victorian warehouse has been undertaken to deliver a world-class, sustainable and wellness-driven workspace.

In 1913, the Columbia Graphophone Company moved to 102-108 Clerkenwell Road. Fitted with showrooms, offices and recording facilities, some of the UK’s first electrical recordings were made in the building’s 4th floor. Over the subsequent century, various owners and occupiers continued to thrive in a building that remained nearly identical to its original state, as the Clerkenwell area itself grew into a creative design district.

We acquired the building with a vision to both restore and transform it, making the most of its heritage, its superb views, and its proximity to the new Farringdon Crossrail Station, to create a new neighbourhood landmark. The project showcases the history of the building while enhancing its contemporary appeal to Clerkenwell’s corporate tenants for years to come.

Our Name

Kiri is one of the names for the Paulownia Tree or Empress Tree.

Its wood has historically been favored by craftsmen to build lightweight, maneuverable boats and it is known to be fast-growing yet highly resilient, with the ability to survive forest fires.
